**Liability Waiver**

Effective Date: October 1, 2026

By purchasing a ticket to Little Beats Dayclub, you agree to the following on behalf of yourself and everyone included in your ticket order.

**01. Assumption of Risk**

Attending Little Beats Dayclub involves inherent risks, including but not limited to crowded spaces, dancing and movement, sound and lighting effects, the presence of alcohol, and general risks associated with public gatherings. I understand and voluntarily assume these risks for myself and everyone included in this order.

**02. Release of Liability**

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release Little Beats Dayclub, its operator 1000927661 Ontario Inc., its staff, and the venue from any claims, injuries, or damages arising from my attendance or the attendance of anyone included in this order, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

**03. Acknowledgment on Behalf of My Party**

I am agreeing to this waiver on behalf of myself and everyone included in this ticket order, including any minor children in my care and any other adults in my party. I confirm I have the authority to purchase tickets and agree to this waiver on their behalf. I acknowledge that Ontario law may limit my ability to waive claims on behalf of another adult or a minor child directly, but I agree to the fullest waiver and indemnification permitted by law on their behalf, and I fully waive my own claims arising from this event.

**04. Indemnification**

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Little Beats Dayclub and 1000927661 Ontario Inc. from any claims brought by or on behalf of anyone included in this order arising from their attendance at this event, to the extent permitted by law.

**05. Medical Authorization**

In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize Little Beats Dayclub's on-site first aid staff to provide emergency care to myself or anyone included in this order, and to seek further medical treatment if I cannot be immediately reached.

**06. Governing Law**

This waiver is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

**01. Acceptance of Terms**

By accessing this website, purchasing a ticket, or attending Little Beats Dayclub ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by 1000927661 Ontario Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase tickets or accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or your family. If you do not agree, please do not use this site, purchase tickets, or attend our events.

**02. Tickets & Purchases**

- Tickets are sold exclusively through our official ticketing partner, TicketSpice, via this website. Tickets purchased through any other source are not valid.
- All sales are final. No refunds, no exchanges.
- Every kid and adult attending requires a ticket. Infants under 12 months are free and do not require a ticket. Every adult must be accompanied by a kid to enter.
- You may switch your ticket window, provided your ticket's original tier is still available in the new window. If that tier has sold out, you'll be required to pay the difference to move up to the next available tier.
- Tickets are not tied to a specific name and may be passed along to family or friends. Whoever attends must have the ticket to be scanned at entry.
- There is no re-entry once you've left the event.

**03. Entry & Conduct**

- Entry requires a valid ticket. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to our Liability Waiver, Release of Liability, and Assumption of Risk on behalf of yourself and everyone included in your order, available on our website.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose conduct we consider disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of these Terms, without refund.
- Alcohol service is subject to the venue's liquor license and requires valid ID for guests 19+. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any attendee who appears intoxicated.
- Attendees are expected to follow venue rules and behave respectfully toward staff, performers, and other guests.

**04. Photography & Media Consent**

Photography and videography will take place throughout the event. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed, and to that footage being used in our future marketing, including on our website and social channels. See our Privacy Policy for more on how this content is handled.

**05. Intellectual Property**

All content on this website, including the Little Beats Dayclub name, logos, event concepts, video media, and branding, is the property of the company and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

**06. Website Use**

Permission is granted to temporarily access and view the materials on this website for personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify or copy site materials, use them for commercial purposes, attempt to reverse engineer any part of the site, remove copyright notices, or mirror site content elsewhere. This license terminates automatically if violated.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this website or attendance at future events constitutes acceptance of the then-current Terms.
